The Spotify Terms of Use may include additional terms of use with regard to the collection and use of personal data, general terms and conditions for the services offered by Spotify and information regarding applicable law, mandatory arbitration (where applicable) and place of jurisdiction.
2. The card can only be redeemed monthly for a standalone Premium subscription, but not for discounts or group subscriptions (such as student discounts, trial subscriptions, premium for families, or offers that combine Premium with other companies' products or services).
3. The card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law).
4. To redeem the card, you must have or register for an Spotify account in the country where the card was purchased. To register for or use an account with Spotify you must have reached the minimum age specified in [https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1].
5. Visit [www.spotify.com/redeem] to redeem.
6. The card must be redeemed within 36 months of the date of purchase. After that, the PIN expires and the card can no longer be used for purchases.
7. The card is for single use only: the full face value for a single account will be deducted after redeeming. A gradual redemption or gradual credit is not possible.
8. Spotify, whose officers, shareholders, employees, agents, board members, subsidiaries, partners, successors, suppliers or licensors are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by lost, stolen or fraudulently acquired cards or their unauthorized use.
